Shine Catering Systems is supporting hospitality designers and operators with bespoke bar systems, individually designed to offer hygiene, efficiency and aesthetics within a busy bar environment.
Shine’s fabricated bar systems are made from 304 grade stainless steel, with integrated ice trays, drip wells, sinks, basket holders and storage as required – all designed to suit the specific needs of each project. The one-piece construction ensures greater rigidity and durability than modular units, with seamless units built to each individual specification for enhanced hygiene and easier installation.
Units are made in Shine’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in South Wales, modelled using Solidworks 3D CAD/CAM software with a Driveworks automation, before being manufactured with fibre laser cutters and automated brake presses.
Welding and finishing, assembly and quality checking by hand is all done in house by tradesmen that Shine has predominantly trained in-house through its own apprentice scheme. In total, the factory team offers more than 150 years of cumulative experience.
For operators, it means a fuss-free installation that overcomes common challenges faced by staff (and their customers). A comprehensive and tailored design process with 3D drawings, followed by a product they can trust and that looks great too.
Shine’s units are easy to clean and wipe down during service, with no hard-to-reach joins, made from high quality, corrosion-resistant 304 grade stainless steel.
