Spritz menu launched at modern Italian restaurant

Vivo Terrace

A new spritz menu has been introduced at modern Italian restaurant Vivo in Islington, north London, along with a special midweek Negroni day.

New items include the refreshing Elderflower Fiorente spritz, with Fiorente elderflower liqueur, prosecco, fresh mint and lime, and the house special, the Martini Royale, made with Martini Bianco, prosecco, fresh mint and lime.

Vivo has also launched Negroni Wednesdays to celebrate “hump day”, offering a Negroni cocktail for £5.50 every Wednesday from 6pm until midnight. The restaurant also offers classics such as the Cosmopolitan, Manhattan and Whisky Sour.

The new spritz menu follows the launch of a Tuscan-styled roof terrace (pictured) for the summer months, furnished with romantic lighting and olive trees.

Vivo was opened by brothers Will and Ben Thompson last autumn.
