Influences from across the world, from Asian and South American street food to USA-style sport snacks, have fed into the new food menu at bar group Yates.

A range of new dishes feature in the latest menu that has been rolled out to all 51 sites alongside a new selection of cocktails that includes “premium” options.

Options include the “From the Street” sharing dishes including mac ‘n’ cheese, classic hotdogs and gourmet fries – generous portions of chips with different toppings such as Curry House with chicken tikka pieces, masala sauce, sour cream dressing and poppadum strips.

Snack-size treats – ideal for watching Euro 2016 this summer – include cheeseburgers, chicken wings, and scampi and chips.

For more indulgent occasions, there are four new Big Plates to choose from: a Giant Mixed Grill, the Clucking ‘Ell for the chicken lover, the classic Big Fish Combo, and the Double Rump Steak.

For a lighter, healthier option, there are also new “Something Saintly” dishes available, including the cheese and courgette bake and chicken and red pepper couscous.

Yates has added 11 new drinks on the revamped menu, with all sites now featuring two-for-one mix-and-match offers on cocktails.

The new range of premium cocktails features classics such as a Kir Royal, an Espresso Martini, a crisp French Martini and a blue-hued Club Tiki containing Absolut vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice and Schweppes Lemonade, topped with a raspberry, orange, lime and lemon garnish.
