Heart of Suffolk Distillery is looking to push its range of hand-crafted gins in pubs and bars across the UK.
The distillery currently produces three London Dry gins: its signature gin Betty’s; Rosie’s Gin, a fruity summer gin distilled with rose petals; and Ivy’s Gin, a wintery gin distilled with clove and cranberry.
All three variants are produced in its purpose-built distillery in Suffolk. The brand also uses local neutral grain spirit from Witham in Essex, sources its bottles from Hadleigh and its labels from Bury St Edmunds.
Karen Luke, who runs Heart of Suffolk Distillery with her husband Martyn, said: “The gin market is incredibly competitive, but we feel we have something really special so now’s the time to up the ante and reach new markets. We want to see our brand in more pubs, bars and shops both locally and across the country.”
“We’ve done our best to create a local gin that has real provenance. With our distillery open for tasting events and our shop open to the public, we are able to create a real story around our gin, which makes it very popular with bars and shops looking to stock something with a great back story.”
