British catering equipment manufacturer Synergy Grill Technology is proud to announce the launch of their latest electric model – the 450E: the first of its kind in what Synergy are calling the ‘Core’ range
Developed to satisfy operators that want to experience the power of Synergy’s market-leading electric-line, from a limited kitchen space and/or power supply, the 450E champions a minimalist design approach with ‘build-your-own’ features such as a resting shelf and garnish rail for a tailor made, budget-conscious approach. This novel offering will allow the Cambridge based manufacturer to enter a new segment of the market that have always wanted a Synergy Grill, but haven’t been able to – until now.
This is something that Synergy’s Chairman, Justin Cadbury, unpacks, saying:
“The development of the Synergy 450E comes as a direct response to the real-life needs and wants of our customers and the wider market, with size, budget and power supply being the three common pain points – all of which are seamlessly addressed with the 450E.”
Justin continues:
“Big enough to fulfil the desires of the market, but small enough to care, Synergy Grill Technology has the flexibility to quickly develop products that address real-time, real-life challenges such as grilling in a limited space, with a single phase. Our game-changing products always have, and always will, be driven by our valued customers, no matter if they are an independent or chain account.”
Gail Bellamy, Synergy’s Sales & Marketing Director, UK & Europe, shares in Justin’s enthusiasm, saying.
“At the start of this year, we promised that some new products would be coming to the market, and our small but mighty 450E is just the start of what’s to come in 2026! At Synergy, we are intent on keeping our finger on the pulse of the market and creating products and solutions that our evolving industry needs. This product really does fill the gap in the market for a compact grill that excels in terms of technology.”
Like all products in Synergy’s portfolio, the 450E is manufactured from Synergy’s factory in Cambridgeshire. This centre of excellence ensures rapid development and customisation of grills and griddles, allowing us to respond swiftly to the evolving demands of professional kitchens. This combination of cutting-edge design, chef-driven input, and responsive manufacturing keeps Synergy firmly at the forefront of grill innovation.
Despite its compact 450 x 835 x 590mm footprint, operators can still expect to cook 4-6 burgers or steaks at one time. Minutes later, the steak/burger will be ready to serve thanks to Synergy’s speedy patented fuel-injection technology which turns fat into free fuel. This system also eradicates the need for a fat tray entirely, meaning operators will be scoring a big green tick from a waste disposal point of view, alongside their greener, electric credentials.
Boasting heating elements that are designed to deliver heat on the grill bars of up to 350°C to enable faster cooking times, the Synergy 450E will also deliver electricity savings of up to a massive 25%. The £ value of these savings continues to increase as the price of energy rises, with some operators now finding that they are having to pay more than £0.60 per KW/H for their power. Depending on the price being paid for electricity, savings on electric power can be achieved in excess of £6,000 per grill, per year.
