Herefordshire-based distiller Penrhos Spirits is rolling out its first no-ABV expression – Zero Raspberry. Available from mid-October 2020, the non-alcoholic botanical ‘spirit’ is made using fresh ingredients, including fruit from the family farm that would otherwise be discarded.
