Tales from the bar trade are revealed in a new set of videos produced by the team behind Pink Pigeon Rum. The Swizzle Diaries feature leading mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana gathering amusing stories and memories about the industry.
Familiar faces from the bar world include rum ambassador Ian Burrell of Cotton’s, Rebekkah Dooley of Callooh Callay and Beard To Tail, Paul Mant of Hearts, Heads and Tails, and Luca Cordiglieri of China Tang at The Dorchester and the United Kingdom Bartenders’ Guild.
