TGI Fridays has unveiled a new food menu – its biggest update since 2007 – under the banner of “Meet Your Match”, including more dishes with its popular Jack Daniel’s sauce.
Promoted as matching customers with their perfect dishes, new items range from the hot, crispy and cheesy Double Layered Nachos to the sweet and sticky barbecued pork belly smothered in Jack Daniel’s glaze.
Other new dishes with the sauce made from Jack Daniel’s whiskey include the sharing Bucket of Bones comprising tender slow-cooked pork ribs and chicken wings tossed in Jack Daniel’s glaze, toasted sesame seeds and chilli flakes.
Also new is the Jack Daniel’s Chili Dog (pictured) – grilled pork hotdog topped with hot and smoky Jack Daniel’s beef chilli, diced onions, Colby cheese, chillies and American mustard.
Other new additions include a range of five hot dogs, layered with flavours inspired by New York’s best-loved street food. The new Warrior Burger features two 7oz burgers piled high with mozzarella fingers, Colby cheese, crispy bacon, American cheese, caramelised onions and Fridays mayo, served with crispy fries and onion rings.
Also new is the Chicken Finger BLT Waffle: crispy chicken breast tenders served in a sweet waffle with gooey melted cheese, rocket, fresh tomato, succulent crispy bacon and honey mustard mayo.
The new Tostada Stacks are crispy flour tortillas packed with melted cheese, Cajun-spiced rice, jalapeños, chillies and garlic vegetables, topped with pico de gallo, Southwest sour cream and Fridays Spicy Guacamole. They can be matched with either Cajun-spiced chicken or roasted vegetables.
