The Access Group’s top tips for maximising Christmas reservations

The Christmas season is a fundamental trading time for the hospitality industry – December results can often make or break a year. Operators faced with the challenges the festive season can present don’t necessarily appreciate the impact a robust reservations and enquiry management system can have on helping manage the stress of Christmas.
