The Soho Juice Co introduces third variant to mixer range

The Soho Juice Co

Following the success of its first two still mixers, The Soho Juice Co is launching a new Apple, Honey & Lemon variant to pair with dark spirits such as rum and whisky.

Inspired by contemporary flavour trends and consumer interest in unusual mixers, the new variant is a blend of zingy apple, smooth honey, with a lemon twist.

The Apple, Honey & Lemon flavour joins Cucumber, Mint & Lime and Blood Orange, Raspberry & Ginger in the existing Soho Juice range, which launched in June to offer an alternative to fizzy mixers.

All three mixers are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and are also gluten-free. In addition, the drinks are below the sugar tax threshold and do not contain artificial colours or flavours.

The Soho Juice range is designed specifically for the on-trade, to provide innovative, quick serve mixers to be paired with spirits and included in cocktails.

Co-founder of The Soho Juice Co John Mullin said: “We’ve been thrilled with the response to our first two flavours from the trade and from talking to our customers and researching the market trends, we decided to launch our third variant.

“Consumers want more interesting, fun spirit mixers, with sophisticated alternatives to standard soft drinks. We’ve created a brilliant new flavour and have tested it with different spirits, and while it’s flexible and can be mixed with many spirits, we found it pairs best with dark spirits. It’s complementary to our two other flavours and the three bottles lined up look great together.”

The 200ml bottles come in brightly coloured, eye-catching designs and are perfect for presenting to customers in clubs, bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants, and at festivals, stalls, and pop-up events.

The Soho Juice Co bottles come in packs of 24 x 200ml bottles and are available to pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, pop-ups and mobile bars priced at an RRP of £2.40.

The range is currently stocked by LWC, Matthew Clark, HB Clark.
