As part of their sensational new menu, Slug & Lettuce Cocktail Bars (Stonegate Group) have launched two brand new plant-based Tofu dishes to their menu.
In collaboration with The Tofoo Co. the new menu features two fantastic tofu-based dishes.
The first, a Crispy Teriyaki Tofu sharing plate, sprinkled with coriander and chilli, as part of the ‘picky bits’ section. Perfect for sharing with friends in the sunshine. Those a little more peckish can choose a main dish; Crunchy Tofu Noodle Salad, bursting with fresh summer vegetables, rice noodles, a delicious dressing, and crispy The Tofoo Co Smoked Tofu.
