Coffee liqueur brand Tia Maria is bringing back its popular Coffee Cocktail Month initiative to the on-trade in April.
The activity officially launches on April 1, and aims to drive awareness of coffee cocktail serves using the liqueur and highlight the profit opportunity for licensees.
Tia Maria will be kicking things off at the London Coffee Festival (28-31 March), which celebrates London’s bustling and vibrant coffee scene.
As one of the event’s main sponsors, the brand will be offering visitors a chance to enjoy a classic serve at the brand’s Espresso Martini Bar and attend a variety of tastings and bespoke seminars hosted by Tia Maria’s brand ambassador Stephanie Rainbow.
As well as highlighting the profit opportunity for licensees, Coffee Cocktail Month sees Tia Maria partner with a number of top bars, including London Cocktail Club, Nine Lives, Resident of Paradise Row, Nottingham’s Boilermaker, Edinburgh’s Voyage of Buck as well as G1, Arc Inspirations and Liberation Groups.
Coffee lovers will be able to enjoy the brand’s classic Espresso Martini as well as other coffee cocktail serves, including Flat White Russian, Tia Coffee Tonic and Tia Iced Popcorn Frappé.
Gemma Monaghan, on-trade marketing manager, Tia Maria, said: “There continues to be a growing trend towards the coffee cocktail, presenting outlets with a huge opportunity to drive incremental sales and cash margin. The success of last year’s activation is credit to this.
“We hope to inspire outlets once again with our variety of serve options and demonstrate the lucrative coffee cocktail opportunity whilst pushing our mission to drive the Coffee Revolution.”
