Bartenders across the UK are being invited to demonstrate their mixology flair and sherry cocktail making skills in the annual Tio Pepe Challenge.
Organised by Spanish producer Gonzalez Byass, the international competition presents an opportunity for bartenders and mixologists from all over the world to discover the endless possibilities of sherry and to express their personal creativity and talent in preparing sherry cocktails.
Entrants can submit their sherry cocktail recipes for a chance to represent the UK in the international final in Jerez in May.
Sherry masterclasses will take place across the UK to help competitors learn about the versatility of sherry, its history and wine making from the Gonzalez Byass sherry experts.
