A new premium alcohol-free spirit from Scotland, made using local land and sea botanicals, has launched to the UK market.
Distilled, blended and bottled in the Scottish Lowlands, Feragaia is made with 14 botanicals, including locally-sourced serrated wrack (seaweed), bay leaf and chamomile. The liquid is hand-blended and cut with Scottish water.
With over a decade of combined experience in the global spirits market, co-founders Jamie Wild and Bill Garnock set out to create a “contemporary” and “satisfying alternative to alcohol”.
Amber in colour, the liquid boasts a “taste of clean complexity and warming finish”, and is recommended served on the rocks or topped with a light tonic water.
Feragaia is on a mission to ‘Keep Earth Wild’. Its bottle and cap are both 100% recyclable, and all botanicals used to create the liquid are locally-sourced and composted post-distillation.
