Urban Bar unveils ‘much-needed’ redesign of the classic wine measure

Aero Wine Measures Steel

Bar equipment specialist Urban Bar has unveiled a “much-needed” redesign to the classic wine measure.

Rethinking the “unimaginative” simple tubular shape associated with wine measures, Urban Bar was inspired by the success of its Aero Jigger Measures. The Aero Wine Measures have a narrowed waist and a high polished finish for a unique and aesthetically pleasing addition to any bar top.

The curved shape provides an ergonomic hold for staff and allows for an ease of pouring that comes with similar shaped jigger measures used in cocktail making.

All Aero Wine Measures are CE marked to the brim for the HoReCa market, with a choice of the standard three wine glass volumes: 125ml, 175ml, and 250ml.

As with all Urban Bar barware, the Aero Wine Measures are made from its signature high-grade Japanese steel with the option of a copper finish. This gives a lightweight and robust structure with high corrosion resistance, outlasting the life expectancy of standard barware.

Product features:
• Ergonomic concave curved shape
• CE marked to the brim for by-the-glass service
• Made from premium 18/8 Japanese steel with a polished finish
• One-piece design with no dirt traps.
