VIDEO: Funkin innovation champion brand ambassador final

Brick Lane BreakfastDan Redman-Hubley from Trailer Happiness in west London won the brand ambassador role of “Innovation Champion” for cocktail mix brand Funkin on September 30.

His prize included the part-time job of innovation champion brand ambassador for Funkin for one year and a £1,000 up-front cash prize. He won after making an original cocktail, the Brick Lane Breakfast (pictured).

He was up against four other finalists: Stuart Hudson and Andrea Montague of consultancy and events company Forgotten Hospitality, Steven Dick from Suburban Bar in Wimbledon in London and Matthew Coates from Jake’s Bar & Still Room in Leeds.

The event, held at the Nightjar in Old Street, London, also revealed the latest puree added to Funkin’s range: Cape Gooseberry.
