Monin UK has launched a dedicated YouTube channel to provide inspiration, ideas and advice for bars, pubs and restaurants across the country.
Subscribers to MoninUK can watch entertaining and engaging videos demonstrating how to make drinks using Monin’s extensive range of syrups, sauces, fruit purees, liqueurs, frappé powders and smoothie mixes.
The new channel launched with a series of new summer drinks videos starring Monin’s UK brand ambassador James Coston, showing viewers how to make simple and cost-effective lemonades, iced teas, frappés, milkshakes and smoothies for their customers. They include the Green Apple Lemonade, featured in the example above.
Future posts will feature seasonal cocktail demonstrations from James and flavoured coffee recipes presented by Monin’s beverage innovation director for central Europe and Italy, Attila Molnar.
The channel will also post simple “how-to” videos for consumers making drinks at home, plus footage from Monin’s popular bartender competitions including the Monin Cocktail Cup and the Underground Punch Pong League.
James said: “The MoninUK YouTube channel will extend our online presence and enable us to engage with more drinks professionals than ever before. We’ve had numerous requests for original, UK-specific content, so these new videos will follow a seasonal calendar to make sure we’re providing relevant, useful information for bartenders and baristas all year round.”
The YouTube channel has been developed by the brand’s UK distributor, Bennett Opie, and complements the existing Facebook page at CreatewithMoninUK and its Twitter account, @Monin_UK.
The new videos were filmed at a range of locations including the Monin Studio London in Hoxton Square in collaboration with Dom Hyams Digital Production.
