Excitement has been building in Manchester about the opening of Tattu, a new Asian restaurant and bar in the Spinningfields development off Deansgate.

The venture is by brothers Drew and Adam Jones, who have been working on it for over two years, and will be split over two floors, with a 300-capacity bar downstairs and a 130-cover restaurant above.

With a menu of dim sum and small plates, Tattu’s modern Chinese cuisine has been developed under executive chef Andrew Lassetter while the cocktails have been created by leading bartender Susie Wong.

In this video, the team reveal how they have helped to create buzz about the opening, focusing on the venue’s intriguing question-mark motif.
