Whyte & Mackay has teamed up with three bartenders from Paris on a series of films for The Dalmore Highland Single Malt.

The films aim to showcase the “exceptional passion, dedication and skill” that is required to create exemplary experiences in establishments in the luxury end of the market.

The first features Clément Emery, food and beverage manager for Lolabar at Hôtel Banke, explaining the art of impeccable service while creating his signature cocktail using The Dalmore, called Old Legends Never Die.

Subsequent films will present Yann Daniel of Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme hotel and Gilles Dubreuil of leading Parisian restaurant Apicius. They will illustrate the importance of uniqueness of serve and creating customer experiences that exude the essence of opulence and detail.

These will be released on The Dalmore social media channels in January 2016, and build on the success of four videos released in March 2015 which feature a selection of London’s most iconic institutions of luxury.

The Dalmore master distiller Richard Paterson explained: “At The Dalmore we have been going above and beyond to create remarkable whiskies for more than 175 years. We pride ourselves in working with some of the most recognisable hotels, bars and restaurants in the world, and seek out those who share our passion and values to create exquisite products and experiences that are in demand by some of the most discerning consumers. These short films epitomise the care and attention given to every detail that makes the end result a work of art.”
