The team behind London bars Village East and The Riding House Café are set to open a new restaurant and bar in September.

Adam White, managing director and founder of operator Village London Central, is developing the Rail House Café in the Nova development in Victoria.

The 330-cover venue will have an extensive ground-floor eating and drinking area as well as an upstairs bar and raised private dining room. It will also have an outdoor area for 90, complete with seating and an alfresco bar.

Adam will lead on the design of the new venue which promises to have “plenty of individual character”. He is working with manufacturing partners to create bespoke furniture and interior touches to soften the contemporary glass and concrete space. It is pictured above as a computer-generated image.

Nova Victoria in Victoria Street and Buckingham Palace Road is due for completion later this year, with a mix of apartments and offices alongside bars and restaurants. Other occupants include Bone Daddies, Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa, D&D London, Shake Shack, Jason Atherton, Ricker Restaurants, Daisy Green and Franco Manca.

Village London Central comprises Village East in Bermondsey Street and The Riding House Café in Fitzrovia, both destinations for dining and cocktails.
