VQ’s fifth all-day café, restaurant and bar has officially opened within the recently refurbished boutique-style Euston Square Hotel.
Located right next to Euston Square underground station, the venue comprises a 60-cover restaurant and 30-cover bar, as well as an outdoor seated terrace and private dining room.
Developing the monochromatic scheme of the original 24-hour VQ Chelsea on the Fulham Road, designers BusbyWebb have added dark walnut and burgundy tones with accents of timber and leather.
The food menu includes the Hot Salt Beef Club and Fish Goujon Club along with other much-loved British classics such as their all-day Full English Breakfast, Chicken Kiev with a butterbean salad, BBQ Baby Back Ribs.
A lighter options comes in the form of the VQ Salad of pomegranate, feta, baby beetroot, butternut squash, mixed leaves, honey roasted pine nuts and Dijon vinaigrette.
Boasting a 2am alcohol licence, the VQ Euston bar is targeting all manners of clientele, including post-work crowds and onward commuters.
Signature cocktails are inspired by the local area. Taking inspiration from the historical title of the area, the Somers Town presents a pineapple, grapefruit and Chamomile Pisco serve.
Alternatively, the Boudica is a sweet ’n’ sharp JD, Amaretto and Bailey’s drink. In fact, folklore suggests the British Celtic Icini tribe Queen is buried underneath platforms 9/10 at King’s Cross.
