British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur

White Heron Drinks is introducing British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur to its portfolio, now available through UK distributor Love Drinks.

The younger sibling of blackcurrant liqueur brand British Cassis, the new Framboise is made with Herefordshire raspberries, using classic winemaking techniques to “acquire the full spectrum of flavours from the fruit”.

Once the raspberry juice has fermented naturally with champagne yeast, it is then blended with a small amount of vodka to fortify and sweeten.

Available in 500ml and 200ml bottles, the “fresh and fruity”, vegan-friendly British Framboise Raspberry Liqueur can be added to champagne or prosecco and used as a base for a range of drinks and cocktails.

To support the launch and drive trial, White Heron has created a selection of signature serves, including Sweet Delight, a take on the famous Clover Club cocktail recipe, as well Framboise Basil Smash and Framboise Spritz.
