Wilfred’s non-alcoholic British aperitif launches

Wilfred's aperitif

A new alcohol-free aperitif brand called Wilfred’s is making its debut in the UK, setting out to “reinvent the classic Spritz”.

Founded by engineer and inventor Chris Wilfred Hughes, Wilfred’s is created using naturally bittersweet ingredients, blending zesty, bitter orange, herbal notes of rosemary, rhubarb and a hint of clove.

Free from artificial flavours, sweeteners and colours, the liquid contains just 21 calories per 50ml serving.

Wilfred’s is designed to be served simply with tonic water, ice and a slice of orange to garnish, but can also be used to create a range of zero-proof cocktails.
