Żubrówka creates ‘multi-sensorial cocktail bar’ at Festival No 6

Żubrówka Bison Grass vodka is bringing a “multi-sensorial” interactive cocktail experience to Festival No 6, taking place in Portmeirion, Wales from 6 – 9 September.

The new activation aims to “elevate” the summer festival scene, transporting festival-goers to the home of Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka, the Białowieża Forest, and will showcase a sensory experience which deconstructs the infamous Apple ZU cocktail.

Żubrówka’s partnership with Festival No 6 marks the start of the brand’s international return to its heritage, highlighting its rich Polish provenance in advance of a new bottle launch in October.

The festival will also mark the UK’s first consumer outing for Biala Vodka which will be house vodka across the event.

Teaming up with British confectionery and experience innovators Smith & Sinclair, guests will discover “a primeval forest oasis where they’ll be encouraged to get creative and use their imaginations while indulging in a fully sensory experience”.

The Żubrówka Bison Grass vodka bar will include edible perfumes, Bison grass-flavoured sherbet and spherification balls that pop in the mouth.

Festival-goers will also have the opportunity to discover and understand the provenance behind Żubrówka Bison Grass vodka through a unique Żubrówka Master Class with global brand ambassador Przemek Matuszewski.

Festival director Luke Huxham said: “We are delighted Żubrówka has chosen Festival No 6 as the official UK launch of the Biala vodka and are incredibly excited to be working with such a wonderful brand.

“No 6 has a kaleidoscope of unique festival experiences that our audience crave. It is the perfect environment for Żubrówka to introduce our first multi-sensory activation experience and no better way to introduce our audience to the exclusive first try of the drink.”
