Speciality Breads has launched a range of gourmet demi-baguettes for the bar and pub sector in time for the barbecue season.
Developed for foodservice operators, the fully-baked frozen range offers depth of flavour, texture and character and is supplied as 30 per box, each at 120g.
They include the nutty Sunflower Seed demi-baguette which is golden in colour with great texture and depth of flavour. The Olive & Tomato demi-baguette brings a Mediterranean twist, loaded with high-quality black olives and sundried tomatoes.
Last in the new range is the Onion demi-baguette which has a mild, fragrant, onion flavour and a crisp crust, ideal for serving with sandwiches and soups.

Established in 1996, Kent-based Speciality Breads provides an ever-growing, premium selection of over 100 frozen breads which are hand-made by the company’s master bakers using Red Tractor-certified British flour.
